I am in great shape and will never let myself go,even when I get old.Although I do eat well,I also like to binge on foods that I desire occasionally because you have to enjoy life.I workout (mostly weights) regularely and use this as my personal time to get away from the stress of the world.I also do a little bit of competative amateur bodybuilding,which I will do till I am 70
