Tell about yourself - your personality, lifestyle, etc.
I am Jessica, but most call Jess it’s truly whatever your preference is I suppose. I am twenty one years old. I have a very short attention span, and I love to laugh, and I can be quite the ditz sometimes. I am a daughter, a sister, and a friend; and in my mind those are my most important jobs. I am sarcastic and I always say what’s on my mind. I have a big heart, but it’s my biggest imperfection, because I wear it right on my sleeve. I put my heart into everything I do, and I love freely, until given a reason not too. I believe it is more human nature to love than too hate. I hate the player and the game. I love sports both watching and playing them. I love being active and the outdoors. I have been married and divorced, and there was a lot of stuff in that relationship that made it so that just didn’t work, it just wasn't in our cards. My past isn’t perfect, but I’ve allowed myself to learn, and to grow from it. I can’t take back what I’ve said or done, but I can move on in my life, knowing that I know more today, than I knew back then. I am in the DEP program and waiting for a ship out date, and am more than a little excited about that!!

What kind of person are you interested in meeting?
I want to find a guy who loves to laugh and have a good time, isn’t afraid to go out, but also enjoys to stay in and have quiet nights. A guy who can hold a conversation, which has become increasingly difficult in our society. Someone who loves his family and friends as much as I love mine. A guy who causes me to strive to improve myself, and yet accepts my flaws and imperfections. I want a guy who forgives me for my past just as I will him for his. I want someone who is active and enjoys the outdoors.

What else should we know about you?
I know that these boxes are meant to adequately describe a person, but I am not sure that, that is the case. I don't think you can base an opinion off something like this, maybe a few conversations, but not this. People tend to put what they want people to know, rather than their flaws, myself included, which really is sad, because our flaws are what make us who we are. I feel like I've kind of sugar coated things and made myself seem more glamorous and/or perfect than what I am. That isn't the impression I want to give off, not at all, but I don't want to change what I've written. I also know that the divorce probably scares people and causes them to head off in the other direction, but there was more to the situation than just two reckless young kids, with an inability to work out differences, I promise.
